Day 1 - Travel to the Black Hills

Departure Schedule to be announced.  Coffee, orange juice, and fresh baked muffins will be served on the motorcoach.
Lunch today is on your own at Wall Drugs. We have scheduled extra time to browse through the stores.
Tour of the Badlands National Park - a region of savage erosion has created 244,000 acres of strange & beautiful landscape.   
Check into our hotel in Deadwood, SD.  Dinner is included at the hotel this evening.

Day 2 -Mount Rushmore - Custer State Park - Wild Bill Days

Depart from the hotel headed south towards Hill City.
Trout Haven - The best trout fishing anywhere! They furnish the equipment and bait for this adventure.
Lunch is included today at Trout Haven - we get to enjoy our fishing success.
Buffalo Jeep Safari
- a driving tour of Custer State Park featuring one of the nation’s largest bison herds. 
Mount Rushmore National Monument - granite sculpture of Washington, Jefferson, Lincoln, & Theodore Roosevelt.
Wild Bill Days in Deadwood - this evening everyone is on their own for dinner plus time to enjoy the parade & other festival activities.

Day 3 - Tatanka - Deadwood - Wild Bill Days

City tour of Deadwood including the Homestake Gold Mine, the Mining Museum, Mount Moriah Cemetery - grave sites of Wild Bill Hickok and Calamity Jane, and the historic downtown area.
Tatanka Story of the Bison -  Larger-then-life bronze sculpture featuring 14 bison pursued by three Native American riders - State-of-the-art Interpretive Center and an Authentic Lakota encampment.
Everyone is on there own today for Wild Bill Days activities: Wild West Cook-off, gun Spinning Exhibition, Music on Main Street, Free Concert, Reenactors at various locations, and much more.

Day 4 - Crazy Horse - Black Hills Central Railroad

Depart from the hotel and drive to Hill City to catch the 9:45 Train
Black Hills Central Railroad - 1880 Train, with old-time steam locomotives and vintage cars. Our travels will take us back in time and through the Black Hills back country. 
Lunch is on your own today and some free time to shop in Keystone.
Crazy Horse Monument - The face of Lakota leader, Crazy Horse, is emerging as the fifth granite face in the Black Hills on the world’s largest mountain carving.
Dinner is included this evening before theater.
The Black Hills Playhouse provides a delightful event every time the curtain rises.

Day 5 - Akta Lakota Museum - Travel Home

Full Breakfast is included at the hotel before we start for home. Depart from the hotel in Deadwood.
Lunch is on your own this afternoon at Al’s Oases in Chamberlain
Akta Lakota Museum - is a tribute to the Sioux Nation striving to preserve and promote Sioux cultures.
Return home.  Rest breaks are scheduled throughout the day.
