Historic
Brownville is home to many attractions. There are several art
galleries, the Concert Hall, the River Boat, the city's museums, its shops, a
number of early Nebraska homes, and the state's newest winery.
During the theatre season, the Spirit of Brownville,
from its dock in the Brownville State Recreation Area, offers a dinner &
luncheon cruises especially timed for theatre-goers. You can enjoy a wonderful
buffet lunch while cruising the Missouri River for an hour and a half and still
have ample time to attend a theatre performance.
Brownville Village Theatre has
assembled another
talented cast of young performers - along with one or two longtime favorites
- for a 2005 season that promises laughter aplenty. They are excited as everyone
prepares for their 39th Season
of repertory theatre.
