Day One
Departure schedule to be announced - Coffee, juice, and muffins will be served on the bus this morning on our way to Milwaukee    
Lunch is included at one of our travel breaks.
Check into our hotel and relax before dinner.
Dinner is included this evening.

Day Two

8:00 am

After breakfast at the hotel we will board the motorcoach for a driving tour along the scenic shores of Lake Michigan viewing the luxurious mansions on Milwaukee's historic East Side.

10:00 am

SAINT PETER AND THE VATICAN: The Legacy of the Popes - At the Milwaukee Public Museum - Explore the Vatican's extraordinary collections of art and historical objects, many never publicly displayed. Trace 2,000 years of church leadership from Saint Peter to Pope John Paul II. The Legacy of the Popes is presented in collaboration with the Milwaukee Archdiocese. The exhibition brings together more than 300 works of art from the permanent collections of the Vatican museums. Historic sculptures, paintings and other objects tell the story of the 264 popes who have headed the Roman Catholic Church, impacted world history and influenced Western civilizations.

Next, visit Reiman Publications Visitor Center. Reiman Publications publishes the popular magazines such as Country Woman, Taste of Home, Reminisce and Birds & Blooms. Visit the working test kitchen and shop the Country Store outlet. Spend some time shopping in Historic Greendale - stores include: Bird house Workshop, Great Harvest Bread Company, Malt Shoppe, The Quilting Bee, Norman Rockwell Village Collection, House of Charles, Heavenly Presence, Apples Eden, and more.

3:30 pm

Visit the shops on Old World Third Street - make sure to visit the turn-of-the-century shop of Usinger's Famous Sausage, making fine German-style sausages for over 70 years; the Chocolate Tree offers an enormous selection of candies in industrial quantities, the Wisconsin Cheese Mart offer a wide variety of cheeses and wines, and the nationally acclaimed Spice House.

5:30 pm

Enjoy Dinner in the old world atmosphere at Mader's German Restaurant on Milwaukee's Old World Third Street, the most famous German restaurant in the USA serving since 1902.

Day Three

8:00 am

After breakfast at the hotel our day begins with a visit to Captain Frederick Pabst Mansion, the finest Flemish Renaissance Revival Mansion in America and the former home of Milwaukee's famous beer baron.

10:00am

Tour of Miller Park - the new baseball field for the Milwaukee Brewers. Tour the field and club house.
11:30 am Lunch is included at a local restaurant between tours. 
1:30 pm Milwaukee Brewers - Tour the Miller Brewing Company - German immigrant Frederick Miller bought an ailing brewery in 1855. Miller Brewing is now the 2nd largest brewery in the US. See the brewing process, the distribution center, take a walk into The Caves and enjoy the samples!
5:00 pm The Fire Side Dinner Theater - “Damn Yankee” - Play ball! This sprightly, tuneful, joyous production combines two of America's most cherished traditions - our national pastime, baseball and our national theatre, musical comedy - in one of the merriest shows you'll see in a long, long time. It is summer, when all good fans are obsessed with the pennant race, and the only way our heroes can beat the hated Yankees is with a bit of supernatural help! You'll laugh at the hilarious ups and downs and twists and turns; you'11 tap your toes to the bright and catchy songs and dances including such songs as "Whatever Lola Wants, Lola Gets" and "You've Gotta Have Heart"; and you'll cheer when it all ends up with one of Broadway's happiest endings!
 Day  Four
8:00 am After breakfast at the hotel our day begins with a visit to  General Motors - Janesville is home to the largest GM plant under one roof in the United States. Ride the tram in comfort as you watch automated robots in action. This tour showcases over 600 robots on the sport utility line and allows you to see first hand the state of the art automation used to put quality GM vehicles    together.

Wisconsin Wagon Company - From 1900 to 1934, the Janesville Coaster Wagon was the standard of quality. Relive the charm of the Good old days" as you stand beside master toy makers as they recreate the Janesville coaster Wagon.
Lunch is included at a local restaurant between tours.
1:00 pm Case New Holland Factory Tour - We begin with the building of the Case IH Magnum and the New Holland TG series tractors.  The plant in Racine assembles thousands of parts to build these high tech, high performance machines.
3:00 pm Harley Davidson - The tour begins in the theater with a brief video on the history of Harley. Then it's on to the factory floor, where you'll watch Sportster and Buell powertrains take shape on the assembly line and see engines hot-tested to ensure they meet strict Harley-Davidson standards.
6:30 pm This evening enjoy a dinner cruise on an Edelweiss boat with a great views of the downtown Milwaukee area from the river and Lake Michigan.
Day Five
8:00 am We board the motorcoach for our journey home. Everyone is on there own for lunch at one of our many travel breaks today.
