various locations throughout Winnipeg, all 
within minutes of each other, all with the 
same goal: to share the world's cultures 
with you and other Folklorama visitors

Travel Schedule
"Embrace the World" For 27 years, people have come together in Winnipeg to share and experience the sights, sounds and aromas of the multicultural heritage's, 42 pavilions supported by 20,000 volunteers. Folklorama is a glorious and fun filled celebration to depict all the colour, pageantry, tradition, music, art forms and authentic food of the various ethnic communities which make up Winnipeg's rich heritage and cultural mosaic. Folklorama has grown to become one of the largest multicultural festivals in the world. You will experience the sights and sounds of inspiring performances of their world and cultural traditions.

                                                             Day One 
Travel to Winnipeg
and check into our Hotel. (Dinner is included at our lodging this evening)
                                                             Day Two 
                                        City Tour of Winnipeg and Folklorama

A city tour guide will step on our motorcoach and take us to places like: The Forks - waterfront redevelopment that features the Forts National Historic Site, the Forks Public Market, and the Johnston Terminal; the Old Market Square; St. Boniface - French Quarters; Assinibine Park and Conservatory; and the Leo Mol Sculpture Gardens.
                                          Folklorama Stops for tonight (5:30 pm):
First Pavilion - Appetizer and traditional alcoholic beverages with a show time at 6:00
Second Pavilion - Meal and alcoholic beverages with a show time at 8:15
Third Pavilion - Dessert and non-alcoholic beverage with a show time at 9:45
(Breakfast is included at the hotel; lunch is on your own during the city tour; and dinner is included at the Pavilions)
                                                           Day Three
                                     Lower Fort Garry Tour and Folklorama
Today we will follow the footsteps of the fur traders along the Red River to St Andrew's Church, the Rectory, Lower Fort Garry National Historic Park and Selkirk's Marine Museum. Enjoy lunch on your own at Lower Fort Garry.
